My westie Bobby was admitted for numerous tooth extractions. All staff were very friendly , polite and helpful with Hannah explaining thoroughly the procedure and post op. Felt very happy knowing he was in safe hands. At pick up again everything was explained and re medication. Thank you all ! 💙

A special thank you to Fran, who gave us a double appointment to gently and compassionately explain Rodriguez’s cancer diagnosis. Although it was the news no pet owner ever wants to hear, you took the time to answer every question, explain everything so clearly, and helped us understand what was happening. Your kindness and honesty meant so much to us. To Jenny, Hannah and Yolande, thank you for your warmth, compassion and the genuine care you showed Rodriguez throughout her journey. You never treated her as “just another patient” – you treated her as the special little girl she was. We would also like to thank all of the wonderful staff at the Medivet Hospital who cared for Rodriguez during her stay. Knowing she was surrounded by such caring people brought us great comfort during the hardest week of our lives. A very special thank you to Lara, who stayed with us during Rodriguez’s final moments. We will never forget your kindness. When you told us you remembered Rodriguez from earlier in the week and said what a lovely cat she was, it touched our hearts more than you could ever know. Thank you, too, for taking the time to prepare the beautiful keepsakes of her fur and little claw clippings. They are treasures that we will cherish forever. Losing Rodriguez has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever been through, but every single one of you made an unbearable situation just that little bit easier with your compassion, empathy and genuine love for animals.
