Meet our Partner, Tom Evans
I am the Partner and Lead Veterinary Surgeon at Medivet St Helens, becoming a partner here in 2013. I originally qualified from the University of Bristol in 2006 and began my career in traditional mixed practice before focusing on small animals over the past 15 years. I hold a certificate in Small Animal Medicine and enjoy both surgery and ultrasound. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, walking my dog Cyrille, and competing in Ironman triathlons.

This was my first visit to the vets, and I was extremely impressed with the service. All of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience as comfortable as possible for my kitten. Our vet, Fran, was absolutely lovely, kind and very knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure my kitten was comfortable and put us both at ease. I would highly recommend this vets and will definitely be returning!

We feel happy with the care and attention given to our dog during our visits to Prescot Medivets. During a recent visit about his ear infection the vets were very thorough in taking swabs in trying to find the sauce of the infection, so they could give the correct treatment They have always been kind, and caring to our dog who is usually a little scared and unsure about entering the vets on many occations.

Lovely group of people, so kind, polite, reassuring and patient...the vets are so helpful, understanding and caring and so professional and very thorough...the exact wonderful image of the vets that I needed especially for our family dog who is sensitive and nervous and medivets are so good with helping calm our family dog down at the start of every appointment, thankyou, very grateful and so much appreciated.

We now have a resident vet which makes such a differance! Tom the vet is excellent .and has the time and patience to explain all procedures. Nursing staff are very helpful and cheerful.
