Thank you Becki for all you have done for Bonnie. I know Bonnie gave you a hard time with her attitude initially but you kindly persevered with her. Im looking forward to seeing you on the 28th June for Bonnie to have her operation........ not sure Bonnie's attitude wont rear its head again! Very friendly staff. Nacho had his ears, eyes mouth and body checked he was also weighed. I was given some advice for dealing with plaque on his teeth and also recommended a calming diffuser for my nervous cat.

I’ve been bringing my dogs to Pype Hayes Vets for over 15 years and even continued after moving to Shropshire, as it’s incredibly difficult to find a veterinary practice you feel completely confident in. Sadly, since the transition to Medivet, that trust has been eroded. I’m no longer able to see the vet I know and feel comfortable with, prices have increased significantly, and I was surprised to find that even post-surgery aftercare, which was previously included, is now charged separately. It’s very disappointing to see a once compassionate and client-focused practice now feel more like a business driven by profit than by the wellbeing of its patients.

Debating changing vets the "vet" we saw i have never seen before, she was abrupt, man handling my sick cat and then went to walk out of the room with same animal without asking if we wanted the blood tests!!!! Since being taken over the practice seems to be lacking in care and staff by the looks of it!!!! Wouldn't really recommend
