Emily you were attentive and caring for my distressed cat who was also grieving for his sister (his whiskers have fallen out with stress) during his routine vaccination and also to me as the owner, who was also grieving the sudden loss of my young rescue cat 💔. I didn’t feel a pillock for crying in the surgery as you clearly understood our pain. Thank you 🙏🏼 x

I took my cat to be seen by the vet and she was prescribed some ointment. However, I am very worried as the medicine did not make any difference and my cat's eye is still very poorly. I have a sneaky suspicion that she might have been misdiagnosed. After paying £70 I worry that I might not afford another visit. Not sure what to do. That's the reason for putting a lower score.

It takes ages to get through on the phone to book an appointment. Despite requesting a particular vet and being assured I would get to see that vet, when I phoned to check the appointment I was informed that I would not be seeing the vet. The receptionist apologised and said whoever booked me in should not have told me I would see that Vet (S Pegg). When i complained I was offered another appointment. However, the service was very disappointing but the Vet was excellent.
