We had surgery for our little boy. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Team care makes me at ease, so I was feeling that I was leaving him in good hands. I got an update after with info on how it went and how he is doing at the moment. On pick-up time, they explained and answered all my queries. Even phoned the next day just to check how our little boy is doing. Very pleased.

Ever since you as Medivet have taken over you can’t get an appointment, before you took over you could phone anytime and always got an appointment now you call at 8.30am your second in the queue yet there are no appointments available! This had happened numerous times, so using the excuse a vet rang in sick can’t be the soul reason as previously I have called and can’t get an appointment!
You are happy enough to take our money but can’t provide appointments!
I had to wait a week to get an appointment! The only suggestion was to go to Solihull or Leamington Spa, that is no good as when you work you can’t just take all that time off to get there and back when my vet is 2 mins away!
Availability of appointments needs to improve! I will be leaving and going elsewhere as soon as I have completed my year pet plan.
The vet is not like it used to be since Medivet has taken over, the personal touch and care has just gone when trying to get an appointment. Such a shame as was such a great vet before!
