I was recommended this vets. I'm so glad I registered my cat with them. She is safe in their hands. I've had great advice and treatment when needed , And all staff helpful and friendly.

I booked for a free puppy check up but was kept waiting as it was not saved on the system for a nurse. A vet then arranged for a nurse to check my puppy. She was very good, if I was just rating the nurse I would have given 10 but because of the booking mix up and having to wait gave a 6.

Your practice is not as caring as it was before it got took over by medivet the reception used to be friendly looking now it's bland! Also I find your price hikes quite disturbing they seem to rise each month so I can see why people give up there pets because your prices alone are ridiculously high which is a shame really.
