Please think twice before registering your beloved pet with this veterinary clinic. While the staff initially come across as polite, helpful, and welcoming, it is a false front. Once you are locked in, their true colors emerge.This clinic operates with a deeply troubling, money-driven culture that prioritizes profit over the actual welfare of animals. Based on my experience, this is not an isolated incident at one location; the entire network of branches seems to share the exact same toxic culture. This company has even been under formal investigation for wrongdoing in the past.My primary grievances include:Discriminatory Attitude: The customer service is incredibly poor, and staff exhibit a biased and discriminatory attitude toward clients.Blind Prescribing: They repeatedly dispense expensive medications without conducting proper diagnostics first. They rely on assumptions rather than medical tests.Imposed & Expensive Costs: They force costly treatments and medications onto pets that do not even need them, racking up massive bills.Delayed Diagnosis: Because they prefer guessing over proper testing, they take far too long to diagnose an animal's true sickness.Tragic Outcomes: By the time they finally realize the true issue, it is too late. They then pressure you to put your animal down—a heartbreaking situation that could have been avoided with competent, early care.They are running a business, not a medical practice that cares for animals. Save your pet’s life and your own sanity by taking your business to an independent, caring veterinarian instead.

Given an appointment for the same day. Polite and friendly greeting on arrival.. Thorough and clear examination, given medication for 7 days. Pre booked follow up with same vet.

I found the staff very helpful, and kind I wish car park was bigger

I went in because my little chihuahua was constantly itching, I knew it wasn’t fleas or anything of the sort because she has been on a constant flea and worm program with the surgery for some time. The vet found that she had dry skin which was common on small dogs and cats between 2 - 5 and she put her on some tablets which should hopefully clear it up in a couple of weeks.
