The nurse did a quick and professional job with the cat. However, the way they dealt with my Healthcare Plan was awful. After first going to Pype Hayes in November, they said they would review my payments costs given I was paying more when in Exeter. They never followed up on this. I decided to cancel in June hoping to be contacted by Medivet. That didn't happen again. When we went to Pype Hayes last month, they also also charged us a fee just to restart a plan in addition to the monthly cost. There was no reimbursement for the extra we've paid.

My dog has been suffering with an eye ulcer for months now but finally turning a corner Karina has been brilliant and my dog loves her. She is very knowledgeable and understanding to my dogs needs.
