The vet was knowledgeable and clear in her guidance, but the appointment felt a bit uncomfortable for me. The tone came across as more corrective than supportive, and I would have appreciated a warmer, more engaging and collaborative discussion about my dog’s care. My dog was very uncomfortable, which is not like her. I left feeling anxious and sad. Matthew is much better - I wish all your vets were more like him - approachable, professional and friendly.

The reception staff as so lovely, helpful and friendly. Our vet Rose is so lovely to our kitten and she found out she had a problem with her adult teeth when we took her for her 6 month check up. Really pleased we chose them they are really amazing!
