The vet I spoke with was amazing, took time to understand, and recommend, walked away feeling confident about how to help my dog and after owning dogs for over 15 years, and this was my first visit with this practice, I can say it was the best visit with a vet I’ve ever had

Connor was fantastic. Reassured me and checked Kira thoroughly. Very obviously cares about animals. Explains everything in plain English. Great sense of humour and very honest. Reception staff are always friendly and engaging. I would also like to commend the receptive staff. Unknown to them, I could overhear as a staff member was putting together a pet cremation package. It was the most beautiful thing to hear her talking as if the animal was actually there. It was so respectful and with such compassion I almost cried. Your staff are all top notch and always feel confident leaving my baby in their hands. Thank you!
