Elena graduated from the University of Zaragoza in 2021. During university and after graduation Elena spent a lot of time gaining experience in the operating theatre with her dad, who is also a vet. Elena moved to the UK three years ago and she has been part of the Medivet Redbourn family since then and becoming the Lead Veterinary Surgeon almost a year ago. The best part of her job is coming to work to an amazing team of vets and nurses and getting to know all the animals in the neighborhood. Elena is a dedicated veterinary surgeon that enjoys treating a variety of species. She is specially keen on surgery and she is currently doing a Certificate in Small Animal Surgery. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, climbing and spending time with her dog Dobby.

Steph graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2020. She then went on to complete the Medivet Graduate programme and worked in the Hendon region for 2 years. After a couple of months travelling she completed a rotating internship at Lumbry Park Specialists. Steph became a permanent member of the Redbourn family after locuming here for a couple of month. In her free time Steph enjoys CrossFit, playing the piano, crocheting and cuddling her three rescue cats- Athena, Walter and Moose.

Kirsten is one of our Veterinary Nurses, she started her journey at Medivet in 2020, she floated at different practices, then decided to join our night team at our Watford hospital until she joined us here at Redbourn Priory in 2023. Kirsten has a rescue cat called Jinx and a bunny, Mr. Magic. Kirsten loves her job, with a particular soft spot for our smaller pets, like bunnies, guinea pigs and rats. She enjoys a challenge, even likes to do fake emergencies to keep everyone on their toes, ready for anything and is also our weight clinic nurse! She spends most of her free time with her pets, gardening, crocheting or playing rugby.
