Such a lovely practise both sandy and biggleswade, nothing is ever to much trouble! Olaf is loved by all the members of staff asif he were their own he purs when he comes and allows theo to cradle him like a baby uts so wonderful. I love how there is. Health care plan which is fairly priced with wonderful benefits and extras. My reminders for olafs flea worming and check ups are so helpful and the reception team are always so accommodating and welcoming. I know olaf always gets the best treatment and care when we visit and during his neutering operation. Thank you x

I always find that the welcome from Sally for both my pets and myself is exceptional. She is always so friendly and interested. Theo and Mai care for my pets as if they were their own and I couldn't ask for a better service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Practices at both Biggleswade and Sandy have consistently provided first class care to my dogs, one of which has been extremely poorly. Dr Theo Bredell in particular has demonstrated his considerable knowledge in helping restore my dogs mobility in what has been a long and complex event. Not only have the whole team demonstrated care to my dog but also understand and are considerate to my emotions and anxieties. Without hesitation I would recommend them to any pet owner as a team that consistently go over and above.

I just love dealing with people who are interested, kind, considerate, highly skilled and motivated by the interests of the animals. People who give that little bit extra, go the extra mile. I get all of these and more from Theo, Maitane and Sally. And, what's more they have a marvelous sense of humour and fun. My kind of people!
