Really like this vet surgery. Recently moved into the area and comparing it to my last vet they really do care. My cat had a broken tooth removed and the staff were very caring and I had phone calls before and after the surgery to see how things were. Something my old vet’s wouldn’t have done. It’s a vet surgery with a heart and I’m really pleased I’ve found them.

I’ve never left a review before, but I just had to write one for the amazing team at Medivet Biggleswade! They listened to my worries and handled Boo's treatment with so much calm and gentle care. You can really tell how much they love animals. Boo actually growled the entire time, but honestly, this is the most relaxed she has ever been for injections! I’m convinced her very last growl was her attempting to say a massive "thank you." You’ve gained two loyal clients for life!

Excellent with help getting 6 puppies onto the surgery and back into the car. The checking of the puppies went well so thanks.

I have had stressful visits to St. Neots as my cat was has been threatened by dogs in the waiting area, so moved to Biggleswade as they have a dedicated cat waiting area. However on the last visit to Biggleswade very loud and constant barking by dogs in the next room still facilitated a stressful environment for mine and indeed any cat. I am not an unreasonable person and accept that dogs will be at Vets but MediVet still have not got a handle on these problems. Before posting this review that I hope will prepare others, these issues have been fed back to MediVet. So far no action or remedy has been taken! Taking a pet to the Vets is stressful enough for any animal, please MediVet try and provide some care and resolve these issues.
