The staff , nurses and receptionists cant be faulted . I ve Been a customer here for 30 yrs with numerous pets ... But since the Takeover prices are ridiculous . I have an 11 yr old Spaniel who needs a monthly injection on Librella ( arthritus treatment ). This cost £118 . I have just moved to another , non medivet in town . The cost £64 !!!!

We went to put our beloved pet to sleep. They have been so caring and took a paw print that means the world to me. I did not think of taking a print when we took ger in. It was the last thing on my mind. After she went away, I was upset that I did not have the presence of mind to take a paw print or a bit of her fur. When the urn was returned to us, the card inside with the paw print meant more that I can describe into words. I am sure this is standard practice. But it meant the world to me. And I treasure it so dearly. Thank you
