We always find Medivet staff at Shawbirch to be very friendly and helpful. They are very caring to our dog, and give us advice on diet etc. We would recommend them to everyone.

Medviets Shawbirch are great. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the surgery is clean and very welcoming. They are calm and dedicated when treating our dog who is very timid and nervous. I would definitely recommend them.

They have a genuine passion and excitment for animals, which is great, and they are are really approachable and friendly. The receptionists makes us laugh she is funny and the Vets are wonderful

Medivet shawbirch are amazing, they saw my dog on short notice, multiple times and were friendly and informative. Eliza and Saski are both wonderful and caring and the people on the front desk are lovely, welcoming and chatty. However if they ever offer you an appointment with medivet oakengates DO NOT GO. Medivet oakengates was horrible service and treatment. I felt very pressured to get my dog neutered or have boas surgery and when said he would not be getting neutered i felt judged and pressured to consider it. When i said i didn't want too i was questioned as to why, its just preference. They made me feel like i was doing something wrong by not getting him done. this was funny as the medivet shawbirch advised against getting him done, and was polite about it. my dog does not need boas. i couldnt afford the tablets but felt forced to buy them as i felt i wouldnt be allowed to leave the practice with my dog if not, considering they said they would come to my house and take my dog if i didnt bring him in. will be moving vets now how dare you threaten to come to peoples houses. disgusting ruined my christmas eve and day. Not only this but now i feel forced to move vets. Thank you Shawbirch for all good you did do for myself and Gatti.

Took my dog Lola (stinky little Westie 🫣) here this morning. They saw her at very short notice and were so helpful, friendly and professional! I was a nervous wreck with Lola this morning as I was very worried but the vet ( I'm so sorry I don't remember your name 🫣) made me and my son feel at ease! She even made my son laugh which doesn't happen very often!! The lady who booked us in and the lady on reception were also very kind and friendly. I will certainly be bringing all my pets here in future. Once again, thankyou so so much ❤️

Eliza and Vicky are just the best and are ever so patient and caring. I have two scared dogs and they both need different handling. After lots of socialising going in and being weighed they are getting used to being there. Poppy and Hugo say thank you xx
