My elderly dog is nearly reaching the point where we will have to say our final goodbye, all the vets and staff have been so lovely in supporting my dog and myself during the past several months and in helping me know when it will be the right time to say goodbye. This help and guidance is much appreciated thank you.

Hettie loves her visits to Medivet Shawbirch. She is always made welcome and looked after well. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Hettie, our Shih Tzu, was quite poorly with a tummy upset. I called Medivet Shawbirch and they gave me an appointment straight away. Alec, the vet, was fantastic with Hettie. He checked her all over and gave her an anti sickness injection, telling us to take Hettie back the next day if she was no better. Fortunately we didn’t have to take her back. We couldn’t be happier with the attention we received. Natalie is so caring and Hettie just loves going to see her.

Only open three and a half days a week ! We really need the practice to be open 5 days a week .

Natalie is always welcoming and booking appointments and paying are very smooth. Eliza is wonderful with my cat, Molly, who has been having treatment for over 2 years. A really good, caring, professional practice. I can’t fault them.
