Vets are really good since change but still very slow to put through insurance

I visited Medivet today with my Shitzhu and had absolutely amazing service. The vet was brilliant, he did a thorough examination and talked me through everything and came up with a plan of action for our itchy dog. A big shout out to Fiona the receptionist who was so lovely, she’s always really helpful and always answers my queries. We had a great chat while she was sorting my bill out and it was a very pleasurable visit. Thank you so much Nicky B

Excellent practice it was our first visit and we were very impressed, everywhere was clean and tidy and the staff were polite and friendly. Our dog was treated by a lovely vet and we have no hesitation in highly recommending this practice

My dog is nervous aggressive and visits to the vet are always stressful for both of us but the Vet and staff are extremely supportive and will try every way possible to examine and/or treat him, ensuring his health is foremost, which I am grateful for.

I’ve been coming to this practice for years. It’s now medivet and it’s still a great service. Alit if the vets and nurses know my dog and he’s always treated with care and kindness. They also listen to your needs and talk to you about all levels of treatment available.

Our senior Veterinary Surgeon and Branch Partner Dimitra Boile is a Certificate holder in Ophthalmology, offering second opinion on any eye problems and taking referrals for more complicated eye surgeries when needed.

Our practice offers advanced imaging services like heart and abdominal ultrasound, x-rays etc. It is run by our Advanced Practitioner in small animal diagnostic imaging Dimitra Boile who holds a Post Graduate Certificate in this.
