They made time for me and my family at a sad time showing us empathy and compassion when we lost our boy. Harriet is so caring and will go above and beyond and will always give good advice she is a star employee. George is an amazing vet always has time for you to ask questions and will always put your animal first. I always know my animals are safe when they are at medi vet in Ockedon

Usually a better experience.
This particular time the receptionist didnt care to discuss a question about a charge. Patronising with no information and didn’t want to listen.
Which usually the receptionists have been great and are customer friendly.
The nurse dealing with my dog didn’t have the same type of handling skills as others I have come across. Rushing and no patience.
It’s a joke really with the money you pay plus it’s my dog experience and it’s worse each time.
