The receptionist was lovely!
We only had a puppy checkup and on the email we received beforehand it said that the vet would be happy to answer any worries or questions we had. Anything we bought up with the vet was shut down completely. She was very rude and didn’t want to hear our concerns. It was like she was trying to get us out as quick as possible. We were asking questions and she was answering them with disregard and belittlement. We’ve done lots of research on our dogs breed and she was disagreeing with the way we did things. She seemed very old school and stuck in her ways. We came out of the appointment so deflated and it’s led us to change vets. I can’t imagine what would happen if we went in there with any real problems and not just a puppy checkup! She needs to change her attitude towards patients!!

Unfortunately they charge over the odds, the vet couldn’t even check my dog as he wouldn’t let the vet anywhere near his ears. So the vet just diagnosed my dog through my description of problems. Took no more than five minutes. This shouldn’t be allowed, disgraceful. I won’t be using Medivet anymore as they will rob me.
