Cannot justify the cost for ear drops, £127, for the consultation and a tiny bottle of drops, is just unbelievable! 🤬😡

Expected payment and charges to be disclosed at booking of appointment to avoid surprises. I felt disappointed by the lack of clear transparent communication at the time of booking the appointment regarding additional charges.

the vet we saw was very rushed, we were rushed through the appointment, in and out before our actual time slot, and felt the vet didn't listen to us properly, when a problem was mentioned they said just talk to the nurse on the counter and book your dog in, the vet did say as we were leaving that he had another patient in the other room, I understand that it may have been an emergency but I didn't get chance to discuss my dogs aliments. I was very unhappy about this.
