Please consider sending reminders (on the day of their appointment) to people about the location change from Southfields to Roehampton! I'd seen your email go out but had not clicked that my appointment was after the move. I managed to get to Roehampton 15 minutes after my appointment start time and the practise kindly fitted me in.

First visit, and they were extremely friendly. Managed to get a last minute appointment for my cat which was amazing, seeing as they are closing for a refurbishment for the next two months on that evening!
They were thorough and kind. Loved it, so thank you.

I honestly don’t have enough words to express how thankful I am for the incredible team at Medivet Southfields. We went through one of the most difficult experiences with our dog, and thanks to the skill, dedication, and compassion of Dr. Rui and the entire amazing staff, she is not only still with us — she’s walking on all four legs again.
Their care during that critical time was nothing short of life-saving. They never gave up on her, and it’s clear they treat every animal with the same love and attention they’d give their own. I truly believe that without them, she wouldn’t be here today.
Even now, during her routine check-ups and vaccinations, they continue to be just as attentive, kind, and thorough. It’s such a comfort to know she’s in good hands, whether it’s an emergency or just a wellness visit.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you've done — and continue to do — for our girl. We’re so lucky to have you as our vet!

The vet was so lovely with my new puppy, really helped to settle him in to the new experience of visiting the vet’s. Very happy with the service from everyone, they are friendly and helpful.
