My impression was that Rui's six-month review was significantly more detailed and thorough than the consultation with the vet who attended to my dog during the most recent visit.

I’m here temporarily, visiting from West Sussex. Medivet saw my dog and gave me a repeat prescription for Librella, with no fuss, and at a great price! Thank you all very much, especially the receptionist who kept my old dog calm with attention and treats!

Whilst the air conditioning was great the newly revamped Medivet Southfields is now soulless. Large white walls - try making it more local and take some polaroids of all the different animal customers and display them. Will feel more welcoming and part the neighbourhood.

As always I had stellar service. I called with a mild emergency and they fit me in on the same day. Rui wasn't there. I explained that Thunder was nervous and anxious. They treated him wonderfully. Thank you for always being so caring with my crazy pup!
