Dr Rui and Andrea were exceptional in the way they cared for my cat, Ben, during his illness. I left him at the clinic for the day so they could investigate what was wrong, and they treated him with such kindness. They also kept me informed and explained everything clearly throughout the day, which meant a lot when I was worried about him. I’m very grateful to them both.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. My cat had quite a scary time with a "mass" recently and the team have been nothing but accommodating, supportive and looking for the best but cost effective options for us, proving they actually care for the animals rather treating this purely as a business
