We cannot recommend Dr Tara Crowe at Medivet Southwark enough, she is an absolute miracle worker. I have a very anxious & scared cat, and my senior dog, and she is incredible with both of them. My cat's previous experiences at a different Medivet location in New Cross were traumatic. She would hiss, jump, scratch, and attack the vets and nurses, turning a simple visit into an hour-long ordeal. But with Tara, it was a completely different story. She used smart, full-effort tricks to make my cat feel calm and secure before even starting the procedure. For the first time ever, my cat was so relaxed that she showed her belly, let her scratch her butt, and had zero drama during her vaccination. It was unbelievable. Tara's hard work and expertise made what is usually a stressful event a happy one for both me and my pets. Kudos to her and the amazing team!
