Brought my kitten in today for her 2nd vaccine and Microchipping, Top quality service carried out by Vet Nurse Ash, my girl didn't even flinch when the vaccine and microchipping was carried out, the quality of care and professionalism was next to none. Dolly got lots of treats and fuss. I always know that when I come into Medivet my pet will be treated with the care that I expect and more. Thankyou Medivet

Fantastic team at Medivet St Helens! Our dog Lola recently had surgery to be spayed, and the care she received was excellent from start to finish. The team is always friendly, extremely helpful, and truly dedicated to the wellbeing of the animals they treat. We always feel confident leaving Lola in their hands. Highly recommend Medivet St Helens to anyone looking for compassionate, professional veterinary care.

Awful vets, I've moved my dog away to a new veterinary practice. Medivet I find are a company intent on money with lack of care for the animals, I had my very sick dog when I rang they had no vets available, very very poor and the lack of care is worrying, I would never use these again or recommend them.

We have a new puppy, but unfortunately I was not able to attend the first visit with my partner. Both the Vet and the nurse spoke with me on the phone to reassure me of my concerns, they explained everything clearly and let us make our own decision. Really kind and friendly staff who genuinely care for your pets and make a fuss of them. Be back again soon for my puppy's next injections!!!
