Very pleased with the way they treated my cat ,but my cat needs dental treatment but I can't afford it yet 😢

My appointment was 15 minutes late starting I didn't mind if it means the animals are being cared for, my only issue is the narrow waiting area I did wait in the cat area with my dog as he has previously "kicked off" while waiting in the confined space designed area Infront of the reception

It's just so expensive to get treatment,such a shame they don't provide a payment plan.
