Took my dad to this vets as his cat has a hematoma on his ear. Payed £120 for unnecessary treatment, which included putting ear wax on a 2 slides to determine mites which was an extra cost. Even payed for extra medicine and wasn't even told what it was for. On second visit the vet told us it would be another £700+ for 'gold standard treatment'. Clearly not interested in the welfare of the cat at all, no smiles, no information to help and felt quite intimidating actually. I makes me feel for those who pay the ends to help save their animals. Called PDSA and they immediately told us some useful tips to help ease the pain on his ear and sent us a link to help us understand what to do and what it was that caused it. Highly recommend to avoid places like this and don't be easily led by these people as they can't be trusted unfortunately. My dad even came out crying... awful experience.

Had to get more tablets as vet mucked up tablets instead of 30 and incurred a further charge which in my eyes should have been quashed due to their mistake just like the whole incident 6months ago when proper checks were not done as instructed via email

Very nice vet, I would definitely recommend. Very helpful and knowledgeable, I was given lots of information and even sent an email with more information. I hope he stays!!!

I felt that I was being sold extra things. Such as different food and supplements and forced to have a dental when I only want his warts taken off. Surely there is a way to burn them off without him being put and then when he dispensed painkiller but he said he would repeat it again without a blood test so more expense. If he'd read the notes he would see he's under duel care from a vets hospital and is a complicated patient. I also don't like the fact I see a different vet each time and their advice always varies. There was young lad in with the vet and he didn't even explain who he was. Not great this time and I may change vets.

Vet was thorough and told me how my cat developed an abscess. Answered all my questions and offered a treatment plan with follow up
