Friendly staff, went over and beyond my dog doesnt like cats or smaller dogs . I rang them to say we were outside . They let me know when to take her in. Even got someone to move out the way when i took her out .

Staff were extremely kind and caring with us when our beloved nearly 17 year old cat quickly and unexpectedly passed away. They let us know what choices we could make but gave us time with no pressure to do the thing we thought best for him. Helped us take him home.

The reception staff are extremely friendly and kind, the vet was considerate and tried his best to help our dog although there was nothing they could do in the end. They were very thoughtful regarding our time to say goodbye even though the practice was busy and arranged for the claim to go directly to the insurers so we didn't have to deal with it, whilst we were still grieving.
We have used this practice throughout our dog's 14 years and they have always been kind, sensible, and efficient.

It's a shame no products are available to buy, chews, toys etc as I would prefer to by from a trusted vet.
