During my visit a lady and young man came in with a dog that was obviously very poorly. The lady was very distressed. There is nowhere for people in these horrible circumstances to go to have some privacy.

As usual, we received an excellent, friendly and professional service from Medivet Stapleford. I was initially taking my fur baby for her annual jabs but over night she had gotten a wound, informed Jess before we arrived in case the appointment needed extended and they said they would pass the information to the vet who was prepared when we arrived. The vet was great, very calm and understanding, checked Shelby over and was able to help with the wound, gave her her jabs as well and advise me about after care. Would highly recommend Medivets for your fur babies

Having been in a difficult situation on 3/7/26 regarding my husband’s cats, I was not made to feel welcome on 6/7/26 when I returned with Paddy for her appointment. Staff did not look me in the eye except one. Very disappointed.
