Meet our Partner, George Packer
I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1995 and began my career in small animal practice. I quickly progressed to become Clinical Director of several practices for a large veterinary group, where I was responsible for overseeing nine other vets and supporting them with challenging surgical and medical cases. I’ve always had a special interest in cardiology, which has since developed into further interests in feline and geriatric medicine, as well as dentistry. I also owned my own practice for 12 years, with the aim of providing high-quality veterinary care in a welcoming, pet-friendly environment. During this time, the clinic grew from a one-vet practice to a four-vet team and underwent two major building expansions. In 2021 the clinic became part of Medivet and Partners. Outside of work, I love mountain biking and snowboarding, and also enjoy playing cricket and golf.

I rang concerning a stray kitten, they fitted me in straight away. The vet was very informative as I have never had cats, he gave me some advice etc. I will definitely use as my vet for the other kitten. The ladies on reception were also very helpful .
