I if my online account worked I would be able to book online but unfortunately it just don't work and keeps saying register, then I'm already registered however still will not log me in

We are new to this practice and are very pleased with everything so far, the vets are friendly, great with our dog and happy to answer any questions and give great advice. The ladies on reception are wonderful, so friendly and helpful

I've been with Valley Vets for years and have always felt comfortable that my pets' needs were foremost. Whilst I still fully trust the integrity of the vets and nurses and staff, I now feel that corporate profits have caused priorities to shift ever since it became Medivet - the costs have definitely risen. And I get the impression that product sales targets are also a factor now.

This used to be a great vets until medivet muscled in. Now it's just a really expensive cash cow for the company. I can't see how it should cost £134.00 for a standard 10 minute consultation and 2 run of the mill medications. I will be looking into other practices prices. Enough is enough, Medivet are major rip offs!

We have been at VALLEY VETS NOW MEDICARE FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND Chris the original owner is excellent. The last appointment the vet who we have had before is equally very very good

i fill that £53 to much when you just look and do nothing but give me a prescription which cost me a £10.
you can get a repeat for a human over the phone, but a dog, you have to see her and she's no better or woest, i fill that your prices are way too high.
