I am on hold on the phone for 25 minutes, 20 of those as No:1 in the Que. I am told I can book an appointment online.I have an account so I sign in on the sign in page and it comes up with Create an account or merge an account?? So I click on merge account. It says you already have an account, sign in. So I sign in and I come across the same screen. Create new account or merge account. So I am going round in circles. I send a complaint to Medivet and they e mail me back (auto e mail) and they say they will get back to me in 5 working days. It has been over 2 weeks now and nothing. So if you have a problem don't bother sending it to Medivet, there is no one there in customer service.

Great vets, treated Ging with great care and empathy and made my cat feel safe there too. Will be recommending Valley Pets in Stevenage to all pet owners I know on future and their plans are decently priced too.

Very good service, have been looking after our new puppy. She has been chipped, vaccinated & given ongoing worm & flea treatment. We are using their Health care plan which is excellent value for money, and saves us quite a bit of money. All their staff are very caring and offer a great service. (Far better than some franchised vets in stores, which appears money grabbing.)

Our Dooey just adores the staff at the Valley Vet's practice, and they adore him too. They are so friendly and compassionate, I would reccomend this practice to anyone.
