Took my cat in an emergency, I wasn’t registered as I’ve just moved here. They contacted my old vet for history, took blood tests and observed for the day. Got results and medication 2 days later and my cat started to improve by the end of that day. Very happy with the service, everyone I meet was very friendly. Now my new vet.

Was transferred from Medivet Enfield to here after we moved. My son almost missed the appoinment as he went to the wrong vet. I called in to inform them and explained why. The staff i spoke to was very pleasant and understanding. Accomodated my dog despite being late. My son also said they were really nice and the vet that did the booster did it so well and quick and my dog hardly felt it. Booking the second appoinment on the phone was very easy with the help of another friendly staff.

Would highly recommend. New to Stevenage and chose medivet due to good reviews. Staff were very helpful and gave good advice. My visit with rescue cat went very well. Friendly vet offered lots of sensible advice. Highly recommend.

This WAS an awesome practice. The principal Vet, Chris, was wonderful and the nursing and reception team were so friendly and supportive. When we moved away, we stayed with them because we were so pleased with their super friendly and efficient service. Since they changed to MediVet the service has plummeted - whether it’s staff changes or lack of motivation, they lost their sparkle! I was so upset and disappointed when I called, desperate for help with my injured dog, and was met with a rude and unsympathetic cl receptionist who simply didn’t want to help. This incident made us realise that Valley Vets now MediVet had changed fundamentally. The final straw was this weekend, when we called for help with our poorly cat. We called at 9:15am - caller number 5 in the queue.. we gave up after 2 hours on hold! we only got to caller number 2 in the queue.. it was clear no one was answering, the queue was only going down because others were giving up. We called on the Monday, the receptionist was completely unapologetic for their abysmal of service.. farewell Valley Vets.. I hope you get your sparkle back.

After recently moving my dog over to valley vets I was very happy with them and the pet plan they do also is great Two lovely helpful lady’s on reception helped set up the plan for me And got a health checked booked in for my dog later that afternoon along with flea and worming and all that come in with the pet plan All staff seem very friendly lovely and helpful
