The shop and shop front look tired. Could do with a refresh. But, reception and vets are really kind and friendly and knowledgeable. Chris, was very helpful with our cat issues. He is a very knowledgeable Vet. He followed up with getting advice from Davies who initially diagnosed Sky with her illness and getting second opinion from them regards the issues currently experienced by our cat. Thanks very much.

Been with this Vets for over 15 years there's no loyalty with this vets at all.. all they care about is the money even when they've done something wrong they try and blame it on you because they don't want to take credit for what they've done wrong!! And then make you pay out extra money for their mistake as your animal now has an infection because of their mistake!! Would not recommend these vets if someone asked me and have been looking into going to a new vets for the last couple months now just looking for a good one to go to which I think I found now so will be moving from Medivet very soon and I can't wait!!!!

Chris (Teddy's vet) was as helpful and knowledgeable as he has been with my previous Shepherds. I can not praise his candour enough. ....

There is no loyalty with this vets been with this vets for over 15 years and I'm very disgusted in what I've had to deal with the last couple of months especially recently I've been looking into going to a new vets for a long time as all this vets cares about is the money not the animals actual welfare if anyone sets me they will come into this vets I would strongly advise them not to!!!

The prices are extortionate and outrageous. £282 for a tabby cats blood test is daylight robbery and emotional blackmail. I expect a prescription for the rest of his life!

Fist time visit here. Changed over from their Meldreth branch to Stevenage. Moved house made sense to change branches. Very happy owner and a very happy dog. 🐶
