Meet our Partner, Marta Sanchez
I qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon in 2000 and did postgraduate studies in cardiology. I’ve been at Medivet since 2006 and arrived at Stanstead Abbotts in 2007. I love working at the clinic as it is a beautiful area and our clients are lovely. I’ve wanted to be a vet since I was very young and come from a family of doctors. My interests are in treating heart disease, internal medicine, and preventative medicine. I completed postgraduate studies in classical music so enjoy listening in my spare time. I also have two cheeky cats at home and a rescue cat at the clinic called Wilma.

I wouldn't trust this practice with a goldfish, all they care about is money. The practice manager is hellbent on squeezing as many pound coins out of people as possible. Make no mistake, Medivet do NOT care about people's animals. The only good thing about this practice was Chris the Vet and now even he has left. Even when they can't deal with a problem they refer to another one of their useless extortionate branches instead of the RVC. It is shameful and I hope one day they get investigated!

We recently visited the vets to have our little dogs claws cut. The vetenary nurse was very good and managed to cut them without causing him any distress as he is not very good at keeping still usually. Very good experience as always.

This is a simple way of organising your pets treatments. Its beneficial when you have pups or poorly dogs. But if your dogs are healthy and well maintained I could argue its expensive. Im also disappointed that there isnt an early leavers fee or the opportunity to cancel. I wanted to close my account down in the first month of an auto renewal due to finances, but was told to cancel I would need to pay for the entire year. Most other subscriptions or insurances, even mortgages allow for an early cancellation fee. This was my only complaint. There isnt that support in place.
