I've been going to this vet for years ( it was Vale vet when i fistcwent there ) . They took care of my Luna , who we had to have put to sleep , the care and attention they took with her , and us when we said our finale goodbye to her a few years ago was so heart felt and comforting , we wasn't rushed or made to feel we had to leave . When I take my other cats to the vet the staff are always welcoming , friendly , and helpful . Thank you for all your hard work

I could not get my cat in her basket for the first appointment I made. The staff were very understanding and we made another appointment which I was able to keep. I appreciated the kindness they expressed

So happy with the exceptional service I received for my 2yr old Dachshund during an emergency whilst visiting my mum just down the road. Not only did the staff go over and above to ensure my girl was safe and we were well informed of local emergency services but the care and attention she received was next to none. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable, just wish this was my local vets as they are just so friendly and welcoming and Binky actually came out of surgery wagging her tail and seemed happy to have a mooch around reception whilst I settled up. Would highly recommend this practice especially if like me you have a dog that is very anxious and has separation anxiety. Many thanks to all the lovely staff at Medivet.
