The vets here really genuinely care about the animals and the receptionists are lovely too, it is the nicest vet clinic I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a good vets that care, they are also very open with you about your pets health, and offer reassurance too. I’m so grateful to them for all that they have done for my cats , my kitty’s feel at ease there .

Best vet ever imo. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Can't understand the negative reviews - my own experience could not have been more different. Their pet plan (£15 per month) for routine treatments is the bargain of the century - covers vaccinations, flea treatment, worm treatment and claw clipping -) My cat who normally kicks off at the slightest opportunity is calm, no drama, no hissing, no distress throughout. Full marks for Vale Vets!

Their care, organisation and structure is shambolic and they really do not care about your pet (albeit not the receptionists). Their main focus is how can they extract more money from you. I’m quite shocked to see there are good reviews on here for them. Even when they say they’ll call you back they send you an email two days later to email and write your concerns and they’ll get back to you in 15 working days…a joke.

We had the privilege of rehoming a cat from the vets and she has been a joy ever since we got her last year. Recently she had to go in for a procedure and the whole experience from start to finish has been easy. Really lovely staff too.

Excellent service, at the Morden branch, the vets happily took in my 10yo cat who needed urgent treatment from a wound- on the same day! Super lovely staff and chill vibe in the clinic!

I had a good experience visiting this Veterinary Practice. The people at the front desk were very patient and friendly and made me feel at ease. They told me about the Health care plan and signing up was really easy. The Vet that I saw was from Australia, she was very quick and efficient and gave me all the information that I needed to know. She was patient and kind. My Kitten was incredibly calm as well. Thank you for my first Veterinary experience.
