My cat had a very bad itch so we went to this vet. The veterinarian made me were huge gloves to hold my cat and did not Probaly examine my cat because she was aggressive and didn’t know what the problem was and just gave a flea treatment and I payed around 80-90 pounds. My cat is still itching. Don’t recommend this vet to anyone they don’t know how to handle a cat!? Wasted my money for wrong treatment!

If you love your pet take them to a place where the staff are there for the animals wellbeing, this MEDVET STROUD GREEN vet clinic don’t really care how your pet feels, they are only there for the money… they let us down again, first time they got wrong out time slot, so they attended out 2 cats within 15min for check up and vaccines, we didn’t mind because our cats are actually health.. we’ve been told to bring our cats back for the second jabs, because we got there less then 15 late. They refuse to see our cats which was there only for the 2n vaccine, they didn’t consider we’ve travelled 1,5h, they didn’t have clue we were there only for the 2nd jab as we where there a week before. They barely check ur pet, they don’t consider ur pets at all. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT BRING THEN TO STROUD GREEN MEDVET until they change this horrendous behaviour of loveless ppl.

Very unhelpful staff, twice gone there and they first cancelled an appointment without even inform us, booked 2 slots for my 2 cats and when getting there they cancelled one of the appointments even tho we had the email confirmation! But there was no explanation why…the lady at the reception just told us that was strange to her…we had out 2 cats checked and vaccinated within 15min, which for us was ok since she told us our cats were health, for the sec vaccine we booked a week after, again we booked 2 slots; and when getting there today a a few minutes late they send us away saying that there was no time to to the job as we were late, we explained that we had transport issues and the cats had travelled 1,5hour to be there as she advised to only change our branch after the second vaccine… conclusion if u love your pet DO NOT bring then in this place, they should care about your animals wellbeing, but seems like they only care about money. We are sadly travelling back home with our cats 🐈⬛ unattended.. and that wasn’t about timing was about lack of care and love.
