Medivet Stroud Green

My Chihuahua ate rat poison that was in garden shed without my knowledge. I had just moved in & was puppy’s first day too! I called Medivet as a new customer. It was an emergency & I was told to get puppy to the surgery. They saved his life. The lady vet showed me the huge piece of poison she extracted from the dog. He certainly would have died. They kept working on him even though it was past closing time. I am so grateful to Medivet’s wonderful team.

trust this vet so much my beautiful girl has been coming here and was microchipped, vaccinated and neutered here and shes healing very beautifully. they explain everything thoroughly, prices are reasonable for what the service is and theyre rly good with both us and our cat

It's a gamble what vet you will get at your appointment. Since Medivet took over, every time I went, there was a new person, sometimes even within a couple of weeks. Some of them nice, and the latest one, Dr Fernandes was excellent, but with some of them, I felt that they couldn't care less, as long as they fit the required number of patients into the day. I am happy with my latest appointment, but in general I preferred when it was Zasman Vet, and we had the one great vet all the time.

From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was warm, kind, and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome and at ease. Aurora, our vet, was absolutely wonderful—gentle, knowledgeable, and so patient in answering all our questions. She took the time to thoroughly check our kitten, offering great advice and reassurance. It’s clear that both Aurora and the entire team truly care about the well-being of animals. Such a positive experience—highly recommend Medivet Stroud Green to any pet owner looking for compassionate and professional care!

I have been using Zasmans since they opened the Stroud Green branch with my two cats. The care and skill that they provide is second to none. Both of our cats have had the occasion health problem but Zasmans have always got to the root of the problem and we have two contented and happy cats as a result. If you have a cat take them there - you won't regret it. UPDATE Since I wrote this the practice been taken over by Medivet and the service is not the same - you never know who is going to treat your pet - some good practitioners some less so. I would much prefer to use an independent vet and would do so if one was easy to get to.

I had a fantastic experience with this vet clinic when I brought my female cat in for spaying. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. I left my cat in their capable hands for the whole day and picked her up at 4 PM. They provided us with clear, detailed instructions on post-surgery care, which made the recovery process so much easier to manage. Three days later, we had a follow-up appointment where the vet carefully checked her condition. They determined that another session wasn’t necessary, but kindly asked us to send in a photo after three more days for further evaluation via email. By day seven, my cat had fully recovered, and the procedure was a complete success! The staff, including both the nurse and vet, were incredibly friendly and caring throughout. It’s clear that they genuinely love animals, and I felt confident that my cat was in excellent hands. We’ve also come here for vaccinations and microchipping, and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach. I’ll definitely continue bringing my cat here for future care!

Absolutely useless. Completely misdiagnosed our cat and never bothered to follow up with the blood test results. Only after going to an emergency vet they told us the blood results came back a while back & no one bothered to let us know. When this was Zasman it was good but since Medivet took over it’s been horrendous. Stay away if you love your pet, we learned the hard way.

I'm not entirely sure if this vet is good or not. For something is excellent, but for other things, it's very poor. I got a cat and at least 2 a year is been checked by different vets. On my last visit, the vet told me that they have to remove 4 teeth! I mean, in all the other occasions were the teeth good!? If you bring your pet twice a year for a check-up, they aren't able to find the issue before getting that bad?
