Disgusting vet service. My poorly puppy was even more anxious and terrified during the checkup They charged us a ridiculous amount for a 5/10 minutes quick check up with was just to feel his tummy and patties The vet was not friendly, The fees was not explained to us in the initial booking or arrival however it was billed and demanded to us before we had left. I have canceled our membership with them after this experience and will never go back I definitely will Not recommend

No explanation of payment was made to us beforehand and we was charged a ridiculous amount for a 10 mins emergency consultation
The fee was demanded and not explained on timely manner.
The vet herself was very rude and aggressive manner
Will never come back there
My poorly puppy was treated with no love and care and was even more anxious and terrified because of this vet.

Very happy with MediVet Stroud Green who always make a huge fuss of my elderly dog. It’s his favourite place to visit.

I discussed this with Ghengis my cat and he said he always enjoys his annual trip to Zasman. Save for the little issue of his needle phobia, he is always treated kindly and professionally. They clearly like animals.

My vet was empathetic, kind and understood my situation. I had an emergency I was really upset and anxious. The vet and her team where brilliant. The vet gave sound advice and acted accordingly. After the consultation and outcomes I came away better Informationed and a whole lot better going forward.

My poor cat had an eye blow out...hemorrhage blood filled eye. I was stressed full of anxiety. I called my regular Medivets who gave me allocation times and numbers to contact other vets in my area. Given the emergency of the situation. Medivets on Tollington where brilliant, empathetic and calm. Being anxious about my old girl kitty the vet and receptionist delt the situation incredibly well. So thankful for their professionalism and care

The staff are always very friendly and took great care of my dog when he was being neutered. He even had a free nail trim while he was there.
