I attended clinic with my 20 month Cockerspaniel. Everything was fine until he said “ These are the worst teeth I have seen for such a young dog “
I brush my dogs teeth, yes there is plaque on the molars which I try to remove .
It could have been delivered in a much more sensitive way .

Always have a pleasant welcoming and staff are very nice. They are a very good vets surgery

Waiting area very small as appt times usually running late, otherwise all ok except for the prices!

Excellent care and service. Lovely friendly staff. So much that my dog Hugo fakes illness just so I'll take him to the vets.

Cannot fault the care and advice I have been given over the last 2 years. I am sure my dog fakes illness just so I take him to the vets. He loves it there.

The staff at the Thorpe Bay centre were great and when possible if we arrived early, they will see my pets early to avoid further upset to them.
