Brilliant. They have looked after my two cats since they were 12 weeks old. They are brilliant and always have appointments in an emergency which we have experienced a few times. It is a shame the Southchurch branch closed but Thorpe bay has been great.

New rescue dog first visit and everyone was very helpful in making him feel welcome with out over crowding him.

My appt time was changed a couple of hours before it was due due to staff issues. No problem with that but they rebooked for afternoon and I asked on arrival if appts were running on time as I had another appt. I was told they were on time but then waited half an hour past my booked time!!
If I had been told that when I asked I would have rebooked for later in the week which would have helped with the backlog as well.

My `5 year old dog was very unwell. The vet was very kind and we discussed his quality of life. However, we discussed what could be done and left the decision up to me. We agreed on a plan and he is home now. Not out of the woods, however, I felt comforted that I knew where I stand ref his prospects

Really happy with the practice. They genuinely care about the animal and they are very transparent with prices. They looked after my little dog really well when she had to go for a teeth scale and polish and other issues. she is extremely anxious Very professional service. Booking appointments online is so helpful and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend this vet practice.
