I cannot thank Medivets Thorpe Bay enough. We have a 14 year old cat who is a bit set in her ways and doesn't like vets having been abandoned in one as a baby. She had been ill a few weeks ago and we wanted to get her properly checked, we learned she had a dental problem and hyperthyroidism. Natalia and Johan were so helpful and friendly with her, everything was explained to us really well, options and pricing were always explained, including telling us risks of treatments. They have clearly tried to do their best to make sure she can be comfortable in her old age by helping us understand the best medicines and treatments. available

Firstly, the staff are all friendly and obviously care about animals. I couldn't be happier with the care I got from Johan for my elderly little dog. He listened to me and realised that suggestions given by other branches had moved on in my little one's health. A plan going forward was made and a follow up appointment booked. This brings me such relief from the stress I have been encountering due to my little one's health. Thank you Johan!

Brilliant practice! From the outstanding vets and compassionate nurses to the fantastic front-of-house team, they take exceptional care of my two dogs, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else!
