Both girls booked in for general health check but we noticed a problem with one of her paws. Fantastic experience, vet was very thorough, explained everything, gave us choices for treatments and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou.

Went to cancel my PetPlan today but was told I will owe money £35 if I did due to previous treatment costing more than i have paid on the pet plan? The previous treatment being administration (someone injecting my dog with a needle)of medication I purchase Outside of medivet due to it being cheaper! but medivet charging £20 just to give me the prescription! & a anal gland clean which is a tissue up dogs behind. All charges paid never having a debt or owe on my account in the 2yrs I'd been on the pet plan. Never received a 6 month check up Ever! alongside them giving a vaccination that Caused Hives for 10 months with no accountability due to the vaccine They Use & also Refusing to use the vaccine he had twice since birth with no issues which is why I had to buy outside medication and pay to inject my dog! But some how if I stopped the petplan I will owe them £35. Ever since the hives and vaccination that caused them he has only been to see the vet for 1 anal clean & 1 ear drops for seasonal allergy with no debt on my account but here I am dealing with a money making machine that does NOT give any health care to a animal unless money is attached to it which is why I have not gone back for Any treatment in a year apart from the above because they simply do not care for the dogs wellbeing. I travel 9miles to my vets now refusing to go medivet 7mins away as I pay for pet care and support due to my love for my pet and I will advise anyone thinking of going Medivet Wath to Think First because Trust Me care at this place is all Based&Surrounded by getting the Most cash from the owner and Not the pets wellbeing!! I am now forced to pay either the £35 or wait until 3months July2025 before I can terminate the pet plan with no cost to myself with zero appointments to this veterinary. THINK before choosing This Veterinary or take personal accountability if you do because medivet wath will not but just your money blatantly.

Poor poor service. The vet didn’t care one bit about the health of my dog. Wouldn’t even touch her to check her teeth, glands, flipped her ear up to check her ears but didn’t even look! Couldn’t have been any less of a vet if she tried, i felt really sad when I left and really annoyed id paid £52 for a disgraceful service. Really poor. To top it off it’d taken ages to get the appointment, they didn’t answer the phone the website wouldn’t work for my account to verify so I had to drive there just to make the appointment in the 1st place. Terrible.
