The female vet I saw on Thursday 25/6 was great. My dog was at ease with her and we had a discussion around his issues rather than me being talked at. She made my life easier by giving him his boosters which were due saving me from booking another appointment.
I came away believing we had a plan for my dogs health and his best interests were being looked after.

The vet was amazing! Very kind and knowledgeable, made me happy to ask questions and feel confident with the whole process and that the wellbeing of my dog was being met (not all vets care).

Vet was very helpful, he was calm and gentle with my dogs which in turn helped them stay quiet. Gave me some great advise regarding their weight and how to get them back on track

I advised the vet mt dog was nervous and would need to be given treats and fuss to help calm and gain his trust.
Vet argued with me to muzzle him and pin him it a wall which I refused. He just needs patience.
Finally agreed to put my sig on the table to carry out the injection.
He refused to interact with my dog, wouldn't gain his trust. too impatient and didn't wait till I had my digs attention to inject him.
I specifically moved vets to create a positive experience for my dog after my previous one because too stressful for him after they muzzled him and pinned him. i managed to create a good experience with his first visit to thurnscoe but this visit was horrendous.
He didn't care about my dog at all. No questions, no microchip check
