we have been using this vet practice for over 20 years before medivet took control, since medivet took over from Peter Janes the fees had soared however they have just recently reduced their prices, we have been loyal customers with our many pets over the years and have found the staff to be 1st class

Never had any problems with this vets. My dog is 15yrs old so as been coming to this vets for a long time .always had good service and care for him xx

My experience is always a good one when I get to see the vet I requested and not moved to someone else without informing me!!, My Pet is nervous but has got used to Kate, it is very important to me that he gets reassurance with the familiarity and continuance, I have used this practice for over 25 years long before Medivet, so my experience and expectations are to continue with Kate as an outstanding vet to whom I trust implicitly and not change without informing me giving the opportunity to reschedule if needs be.
