Hoped but didn’t think they could fit in an emergency appointment for Buddy, he cut his paw on glass whilst out for a walk. But they came through , seen quickly by veterinary nurse who fetched the vet , wound cleaned,stapled and dressed with us supporting our boy. All the time showing him compassion and taking things at his speed . We left with another appointment, a clear treatment plan and how to care for Buddy in the days ahead. Brilliant all around.

Fantastic was great with Milly marshall my dog the nurses are amazing I never leave reviews but they have been so caring the first vets in Barnsley made a mess with the stitching and they have been brilliant cleaning it out removing her stitches supplying medical care and antibiotics and explaining everything so thank you so much❤️❤️

We have a pet plan and each time we try to obtain flea/worm treatment for my 3 cats there is a problem , after several phone calls to practice . 1, they are not ready. 2 , items missing , 3, lableing problem 4, wrong items belonging to another client issued by mistake. One thing that would help me as i am partially sighted is claw trimming this is not included it takes little time iIue=sed to do this myself , I would have thought this should be part of a health check??.Since Medivet have taken over the care and trust has gone .each time i have tried to relay my concern i am refered back to the practice and the practice say their hands are tied . Next year I wont bother with the pet plan in fact after almost 40 years I Aam on the look out for a caring vet service
