Veterinary Surgeon

I graduated from Ankara University Veterinary Faculty with a fifth-degree in 2003. After my graduation, I started to study in a master program at the same university in surgery. I finished the master program in 2011 then I worked in some pet practices as a veterinary surgeon until 2019. I opened my practice in the same year in Turkey. Afterward, I moved to London and I joined the team as a veterinary surgeon in August 2022. I am very dedicated to animal welfare, and I always make an effort to provide the highest care to the animals that I treat. Additionally, I have a special interest in soft tissue surgery, ultrasonography, dermatology, laboratory, and ophthalmology. Also, I enjoy socializing with family and friends, going for walks, and I love cooking and baking.

The staff here are kind and caring and really listened to me. Sadly my kitten was seriously unwell and passed away. I was extremely touched that the vet called me after to check how I was doing. Thank you so much

I am deeply disappointed by the level of service at this practice. Every time I visited, it felt more like a money-making operation than a genuine place of care. The appointments were extremely brief, and the exams seemed superficial, covering only the absolute basics to keep me 'satisfied' as a client. When I switched to another vet, the difference was immediately clear. In just one thorough, 45-minute consultation, the new vet discovered that my dog had a rupturing splenic tumor. Sadly, we had to put her to sleep shortly after. I’m not saying this previous vet caused her illness, but the difference in thoroughness and attention between a practice that seems to prioritise money and one that truly cares about the wellbeing of its patients was striking.

Turned up on time to a completely empty practice. Vet said hello and went into a room and went on the computer. My dog is very old and extremely anxious at the vet. Which I told the receptionist and the vet could hear me as the door was open. Yet I was made to wait 10 minutes, by which time my dog was shaking. No apology as to why he was kept waiting and charged £100 for pain relief. Not good enough.

A really bad place, terrible professional service at the reception. The staff doesn’t even bother to explain the charges before asking you to pay-they just ask for your money without giving any details. I’m very disappointed with the service, as it seems all they care about is getting your payment.
