Had a very nice experience at this vet. Had a lovely kiwi vet (sorry don't know her name) look after my cat Oscar, who had a lovely nature. Thanks for also directing me on where to park. Pro tip - don't go between 2-4pm as the local roads in the area have restrictions, but apart from then it's fine.

Disappointed. I took my cat that I had just found in the street and was very sick to them and I was given the prescription of 4 days of antibiotics that “should be fine”. My cat didn’t have any improvement in her health virose wise and is still sick so I’ve searched for a second advise for professionals and everyone including chat GPT which is nothing but a tool said that 4 days would be too short and the recommended treatment with antibiotics usually is 7 days in this case. Mistakes happen all the time and I understand that but it kind of look like a way to take money from the people as when I called to ask if they have any discount or better condition for a return appointment being due the same issue that wasn’t treated correctly in the first prescription they said there was none and I would have to pay the full price for the consultation all over again and “this happens, the prescriptions sometimes works and sometimes it doesn’t”. Anyway I’m a fair person and the customer service was very good, I don’t have any complaints regarding that. I just don’t think the professionals are confident with what they’re doing as there’s no sense of assertiveness in such simple situations. The medical history was sent to my email very quickly and I’m moving forward with another Vet Group.
