Leo had a great experience today. He was greeted warmly by both ladies at reception. They offered treats whilst I filled out the necessary paperwork. Moyen accommodated us very last minute for a nail clipping, she was very knowledgeable and took great care of our boy. Am considering changing pet plan because of the level of service and attentiveness. Thank you again.

The vets and reception staff here are amazing and so caring, doing everything they can with care and love and referring on where they need to, even if it takes hours of calls. Please be wary though if your pet needs to be sent from here to Hendon where you may be fobbed off and gaslighted. Same brand but not same level of care. Staff here at West Green are another level. Please insist for referral to royal veterinary college where possible over being sent to Hendon.

The seating area for cats - the seats are very hard and the radiator is on full blast on a small space - I've waited in there for over 30 mins . Its not ideal. I appreciate dogs need more space, but still.

I wasn't made aware of prices while booking the initial appointment.
Nobody told me about the prices when I was there either. Until the moment when it was time for checkout.
I wasn't offered any alternatives of payment, I had to pay full price straight away.
Nobody cared about my complaints all they wanted to know was if I am paying by card.
I had to use my rent and food money which I didn't expect to spend!
My hamster wasn't even examined, because she doesn't like to be handled and practice was unprepared for it. So they gave her meds without making sure if she needs them at all.
I won't go there again. I feel exploited and cheated. I will find another practice definitely not Medivet!
