Veterinary Surgeon

I graduated from Ankara University Veterinary Faculty with a fifth-degree in 2003. After my graduation, I started to study in a master program at the same university in surgery. I finished the master program in 2011 then I worked in some pet practices as a veterinary surgeon until 2019. I opened my practice in the same year in Turkey. Afterward, I moved to London and I joined the team as a veterinary surgeon in August 2022. I am very dedicated to animal welfare, and I always make an effort to provide the highest care to the animals that I treat. Additionally, I have a special interest in soft tissue surgery, ultrasonography, dermatology, laboratory, and ophthalmology. Also, I enjoy socializing with family and friends, going for walks, and I love cooking and baking.

If you ever wanted a sign, this is your sign to avoid and run the opposites direction from this vet. Take it or leave it

When my cat was on the verge of dying, this place tried to turn it into a payday. The overcharging and pressure tactics were disgusting. Taking advantage of people when their pet’s life is at stake is beyond unethical; it’s predatory. Compassion clearly isn’t part of their business model. Avoid at all costs.

Awful place to take your beloved pet, they seem to only care about money. Make sure you double check prices before hand but I highly doubt it’ll ever be accurate as before you know it, they’ll bring you an outrageous bill with a “ estimated price” Shame on you guys

Avoid at all cost. My cat was attacked by another stray cat and I called them and the best slot they could give me was the next day. I took it. Everytime we take our cat there, they keep us waiting minimum 15 minutes. Today was the appointment and I called them to let them know I will be late and if I can bring her in. The receptionist was extremely rude and trying to put all the blame on me and very aggressive. I haven't seen their friendly or helpful side apart from scolding me over the phone. Their attitude was awful and my cat is on healthcare plan, the funny thing the healthcare plan doesn't even cover the emergency health visits. I immediately canceled the plan and I will take her to another vet. Probably all they care about is money, not the pets since they can treat like this.

Leo had a great experience today. He was greeted warmly by both ladies at reception. They offered treats whilst I filled out the necessary paperwork. Moyen accommodated us very last minute for a nail clipping, she was very knowledgeable and took great care of our boy. Am considering changing pet plan because of the level of service and attentiveness. Thank you again.
