We were seen 20 mins after the appointment start time, one of my cats were really hyperventilating so would have preferred if we were seen on time, especially as it didn't appear that a customer was before me. May have been forgotten not sure? Vet was really attentive to pet's needs so overall a good visit, thank you!

I have been with Medivet for 5 or 6 years now, ever since I got my first cat. I don’t want to say too much about how it was before, but our recent experiences with Dr. Olivia H have been absolutely amazing. My older cat Orca usually gets incredibly stressed during vaccinations, past experiences required 2-3 people with gloves, towels, and holding him down while he screamed and peed himself. It was always a deeply traumatic experience for both of us. However, our last vaccine appointment was with Dr. Olivia, and it was truly life-changing. Orca just sat there licking a treat, completely stress-free, while she administered the vaccine. It has never been that simple or calm for us. Dr. Olivia is so patient and understanding; she reassured me and eased all my worries as an anxious cat mom. She is hands-down the best vet I have ever met. Thank you so much for making our visits so much easier, I can't express how grateful I am for this stress-free experience! Medivet is lucky to have Dr. Olivia, so does all the pet parents and their babies in the area! Love and appreciation from happy Orca & happy Tutu and their mom
