Had an appointment scheduled for my kitten (who HATES her carrier by the way), we came 5 minutes early and saw a sign on the door asking to be patient as the staff might be unable to open the door immediately busy with an emergency. We waited 30 minutes in the cold with an upset kitten until I attempted to call the practice and found out they are actually closed today. I received an appointment confirmation and reminder today and yesterday, and no sign of the practice being closed anywhere. Very disappointing, especially since we don't live very close and have had to take pricy ubers both ways that nobody will reimburse us.

Fantastic service and professional veterinary staff, the team have looked after my 4 cats on an individual Basis and also when times have come to an end, the support was exceptional, I continue to trust these professionals and consider them as part of my family.As always delivering the best service.

I have had consistently good experiences with this vet - both the vets and the reception staff are friendly and helpful and look after my two rescue dogs really well. I was particularly impressed after one of my dogs had to undergo surgery at a different (non-Medivet) veterinary practice whilst we were on holiday, and Medivet West Ken were kind enough to remove the stitches without charging us when we got back to London.

We couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism at MediVet, especially from Dr. Tiago and Dr. Ema. This is hands down the best veterinary clinic we’ve been to in London. Both doctors have been incredibly thorough and compassionate with our two dogs, making us feel completely at ease every step of the way. Their expertise, combined with genuine kindness and attention to detail, has made a world of difference. Our dogs are not just treated as patients but as part of the family, and we’re very grateful to have found such dedicated vets. Highly recommend MediVet for anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets.

Terrible. There was a lovely lady that worked there a few months back but now the person there is horrible and rude. Condescending to such a level I left the vet and came home straight away to write this. After this I will be contacting the Medivet Head Office and making the strongest complaint I can. I am going to spend the next few days on this - such is the rudest of the person running the shop/.

Lovely practice! Had to travel abroad with my dog and was pretty nervous about it, doctor Sandra helped with all the documents and the staff were extremely attentive and lovely. Felt very reassured after the visit, highly recommended!
