Unprofesional staff. Very expensive and what made me cancel the monthly plan with them and actualy change the vet to completely another company is the fact that they have a snicky way of charging you for things that it souposed to be free, part of the monthly plan which is extremely expensive anyway.

Very expensive and unjustified bills. Not to mention that they have a plan on which you pay for monthly dog checkup routines but when I went there on 2 ocasions they actualy have done some checkups which was based on the plan I already pay monthly and they still charged me each time for little things that souposed to be on the plan. Not very profesional , reason why I've canceled my plan and changed the vet with someone else because I can not trust medivet anymore!

The vet Ms Simone Ku is very professional and all the required assessments and treatment done smoothly.All enquiries explained and advised .First time pet owner much appreciated.The nurse also helpful to get the information into the computer. She also advised to joint the Petplan policy..she explained the benefits and also the difference between the pet insurance.

Very - very expensive and a quite helpless, I booked an appointment for routine vaccination, vet wouldn't do it because they didn't want to take responsibility to fill in my cat's passport. To be avoided.
