Wonderful practice in Weymouth. Dr Emma Miller was great with my dog and very helpful with suggestions for weight control. The staff are pleasant and the practice is easy to access. Highly recommend.

It was easy to park although a defined blue badge space for cripples would be good to ensure there is enough room to open your door fully. The receptionists were acceptable in appearance and reasonably pleasing to converse with. The beagle was an agreeable distraction although the feline I accompanied seemed a tad nonplussed by it presence. The doctor we spoke to was kind and had an acceptable bedside manner for dealing with felines. My companion is always nervous when visiting the doctor and the treats at the end were a nice touch to make him feel at ease, although where was my treat? A Cadbury button or something for me would have been a good addition especially as he got three dreamies! Overall it was an interesting introduction to the Dorchester Road Medivet. I hope the feline I accompanied gets to see the same doctor each time so that he can build trust and respect over time leading to visits being less stressful for him. Thank you. On behalf of Monty.

Amazing staff at MediVet Weymouth. 2nd time visit with my kittens & they were friendly, informative, really helpful throughout and just fantastic. Lovely place and my kittens approve.

The care provided to my two cats is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the Team. I love how my cats are treated from the moment you walk in the door. Also, as the pet owner …. how you feel is taken into consideration. I highly recommend this Team.

Medivet Weymouth threw open its doors on 23 June 2019 to give visitors a much anticipated behind-the-scenes glimpse of its newly refurbished practice.
Sunday’s Garden Party was formally opened by guest of honour and nonagenarian former owner David Ball. As well as drinks, games and fun activities - inside and out - visitors were lucky enough to take away a voucher for a free pet consultation at the practice.
The branch is one of the first in the country to roll out a brand new look for Medivet group, which better reflects the exceptional quality of care offered to pets and their owners.
