Medivet Weymouth threw open its doors on 23 June 2019 to give visitors a much anticipated behind-the-scenes glimpse of its newly refurbished practice.
Sunday’s Garden Party was formally opened by guest of honour and nonagenarian former owner David Ball. As well as drinks, games and fun activities - inside and out - visitors were lucky enough to take away a voucher for a free pet consultation at the practice.
The branch is one of the first in the country to roll out a brand new look for Medivet group, which better reflects the exceptional quality of care offered to pets and their owners.

They make you and your pets feel welcome. I would highly recommend them. Have always made me and my 4 spaniels feel relaxed and feel like part of the family. I would highly recommend this practice.

Malcom is the best vet I have ever seen at a practice!!! He knows his stuff completely!!! He is the only vet that has given my puppies a proper thorough health check and helped my cat today with an abscess!!!! He has shown the complete level of service with my pets and he is truly the best i have seen he goes above and beyond and is honest! He is caring and his bedside manner is impeccable I will follow this vet forever! Thank you so much Malcolm you are the best xxxxx

Really friendly helpful staff. I made a mistake with the booking but they were very polite about it and bent over backwards to fit me in. They are very expensive though. Wormer and passport plus one month medication from my local vet is £92. Wormer and passport plus 2 wks medication from medivet was £130.

This was our first visit to Medivet and we were invited to a meet and greet appointment,we felt welcomed and the staff were very interested in our pet and made time to pay him attention, our dog loves attention and soon relaxed, we will happily recommend to others.
