First visit and couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly, kind and understanding and my cat recovered within hours of being seen.

As a new customer I couldn't fault the practice. The staff were very friendly and my cat remained calm and recovered quickly.
My only thoughts to improve would be an online booking system and a way to separate cats and dogs in the surgery to ease their stress.

Staff members are always kind and friendly. They take great care of my fur babies. They a professional, efficient and they are knowledgeable. We have always received the best treatment possible. The pet plan is great value for money and ensures the best treatment.

I have a nervous greyhound who really doesn't enjoy the vets . We saw Malcom who was absolutely amazing. He was kind and friendly to both me and my dog. It's a shame that he's not permanent. All the staff are amazing 👏 🤩

Absolutely incredible caring staff. We're on Holiday nearby and our furbaby broke her dew claw, the receptionist, practice nurse and the vet were incredibly caring and helped us more than I could have ever hoped for. Medivet Weymouth threw open its doors on 23 June 2019 to give visitors a much anticipated behind-the-scenes glimpse of its newly refurbished practice.
Sunday’s Garden Party was formally opened by guest of honour and nonagenarian former owner David Ball. As well as drinks, games and fun activities - inside and out - visitors were lucky enough to take away a voucher for a free pet consultation at the practice.
The branch is one of the first in the country to roll out a brand new look for Medivet group, which better reflects the exceptional quality of care offered to pets and their owners.
