I had my Nellie spayed at Battersea Medivet and could not have asked for a more professional and caring Veterinary team! Nellie was a patient since a little puppy and she always received the best treatment and aftercare a dog parent could possibly ask for. We live in Kent and we have never really been keen on the local vets, especially when we had to put down one of mum's dogs, their true colours showed. The Medivet in Battersea however, provided their best service starting from booking an appointment over the phone. The receptionists are super friendly and sweet and more often than not will always find a time and date that suits you best. Even when we were running late, they assured me to not rush and drive safely and accommodated us at the time of arrival! Jasmine was the vet that took care of Nellie's procedure and she was not only darling and polite but also made sure to explain every aspect of her aftercare in full detail, for any further questions we were encouraged to ring and double check at any time! Overall I can only recommend this vet clinic to anyone that is looking for the best customer service and standards. Miha, the practice partner and vet is fantastic especially with Nellie, who is often shy and scared of new people, immediately took to him due to his caring and animal friendly aura. Their prices are very reasonable and you definitely get more than what you pay for, after all, you cannot put a price on your pet's wellbeing and that's why the Battersea Medivet will always be my preferred vet no matter how far they are!

The team at Medivet Battersea were incredibly helpful and kind during our visit. We had very nervous cats and Amy, Emily, Donovan and Shell went above and beyond to care for them. The cats were so much calmer after the checks. I’d definitely recommend this practice and a big thanks to the team members mentioned above.

The new Holistic Health Package is the best! I can’t recommend this holistic health package enough! As a pet parent who’s always been interested in detecting early issues as soon as possible, I was thrilled to find a vet clinic offering a comprehensive approach to my dog Bailey’s care. The package included a full health check, full blood, urine and stool panel, and a titre test to determine if vaccinations are needed or not. As our vaccines were due this was the perfect timing. What really stood out was how personalised everything felt. The vet took the time to understand Bailey’s history as well as my individual concern. All questions I had were answered fully, especially when it came to the titre test. Bailey’s results were in within days, and luckily he’s a very healthy boy. On top of that his titre test showed that he didn’t need his annual vaccines so I can spare him additional medication. I truly feel like Medivet Battersea, and our vet Miha, cares about Bailey as much as I do. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, holistic and thorough approach to your pet’s health, this package is absolutely worth it.
