Continuity of care is important for me and my cat and it's very good that it's usually possible to see the same senior vet, who now knows her well and clearly operates as a professional not a revenue maximiser.

Medivet team @battersea has always been very friendly , loving towards my dog and welcoming. The fact is my dog loves going to the vet is a positive sign so, we don’t need to say anymore. Dogs won’t lie !

Firstly, Miha the vet is wonderful . . Has known my cat’s problems from the beginning, very professional, lovely manner and a great manner. Girls in reception are efficient and friendly . . Have been a client here for now 21 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As a client of 22 years . . I wouldn't go anywhere else! Miha, as always has looked after my rescue cat and has always been professional but kind, realistic and not dramatic . . sensitive and thorough. I do hope he never leaves!!
