Terrible receptionist on my day of visit. Could do with training or hiring better suited staff for front of house duty. Wouldn't recommend.

Since I’ve gotten one of my kittens I’m in the vets more or less every two weeks with gut issues. In that time I believe we’ve got to meet everyone that works in the practice. Every member of staff is so kind and supportive. I’m sure I’ll be back soon (but with a much improved kitten I hope !!)

Blown away by how kind and thoughtful all of the staff have been over the death of our 14 year old dog. They could not have been more wonderful and we are so grateful.

Massive thanks to Georgia and the team at Battersea MediVet. Our dog Lottie became suddenly unwell and Battersea MediVet took her in straight away and gave her fantastic care. We were kept updated at all times by the team, even when she had to be kept overnight. She’s now back with us doing v well, all thanks to the team. Reasonably priced in the end as well. Would 100% recommend, thank you all.
