Great team at Medivet, Battersea. Always friendly and welcoming. On recent visit, we saw Sarah, who was very helpful and caring. Mindy is now back to normal!! Latest review (8.08.2026) Vet Tom has been helping me with Mindy's diet following a tummy upset. Tom is very kind and reassuring. He gave me good advice about Mindy's food and I am happy to say she is back to her normal self Tom and the reception staff are really friendly and helpful, especially at a time of stress when I was really worried about Mindy. Many thanks to the whole team.

Wait 40 minutes for somebody to answer the call at 10:30am on Monday.. Assume same experience as others had since Miha left. Does anybody know where is he practising now? Many thanks!

Called at 10am this morning. Was on hold for 40mins and then gave up. Had to use another vet. Atrocious service I've noticed since Miha left Medivet Won't be using you again after 10 years

I used to love this vet. Meha was amazing and so knowledgeable, not out to make a quick buck. Unfortunately now he's been ousted and Charlotte is in charge, everything is about what they can charge extra for. Even on a routine check up you can't escape them insisting your pet needs something more. Really sad, as soon as the Medicare plan is finished I'm looking elsewhere

If the clinic is closed due to vet illness for example, can I strongly recommend that you please contact affected customers with a telephone call or send a text message instead of sending an email on the day.
I do not check my emails every day and unfortunately on Saturday 4th July, I travelled to the Battersea clinic with my cat in tow on one of the hottest days to make my scheduled 12:45pm appointment, only to discover a sign taped to the door advising the clinic was closed due to vet illness - This was hugely annoying, disappointing and really inconvenient as it cost me both time, money and unnecessary stress to my pet.
I didn't recall being notified, so I quickly checked both my text and Whatsapp messages and then my emails as a last resort, only to discover an email had been sent out same day at 9:52am.
Sending an email on the day for what I consider a fairly important notification, doesn't seem the right thing to do in this current day. An SMS text or Whatsapp message or call (to leave a voicemail) seems a more effective and sensible direct contact approach due to the immediacy of the situation.
