We can’t thank Lily the vet enough for the outstanding care she has given our dog, Coco. From the moment we walked in, Lily was warm, professional, and incredibly compassionate. She took the time to explain everything clearly and treated Coco as if she were her own. It’s such a comfort knowing our beloved pet is in such kind and capable hands. Highly recommend!

Only moved to this vet recently due to a branch closure. Lovely staff, easy to get an appointment and quick service on everything so far. I've found everyone really kind and helpful, it really goes a long way to make vet visits less stressful for me and my cat!

The vet I saw with my cat was amazing good advice sadly I had to have my cat put to sleep staff were very supportive when I embarrassed myself (blubbing wreck) I can't praise them enough for their support, I thought my last vet Denny in Worcester was good but this practice are brilliant thankyou so much

I registered my pets to this vet clinic few months ago after moving to Bedworth. I was there few weeks ago for annual vaccination and health check and everything was fine. Few days ago I noticed some big red spots on the skin on one of my two cats. It didn't look good and I was a little bit worry. My cat was constantly licking this place and made it look worse on the second day. I did few photos and I went to Medivet. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful. She advised me which cream I should buy , how many day to apply for infected skin and she sold me the collar for my cat. She was very supportive and I'm very grateful for her advice. She's definitely the right person in the right place. I can highly recommend this clinic for everyone who have animals and looking for the best vet care for them.

The actual reason for visiting the surgery was to neuter my kittens which was completed satisfactory , on initial signing of appropriate forms the cost for each kitten was on the top which was above the cost of the procedure only to find that the cost for a chip had been added , even though on initial booking appointment I had informed the receptionist that this had been completed by the breeder on purchase , need for administration to be tightened and listen more
