Very warm and welcoming, they rescheduled my appointment at short notice, looked after my cat jasper very well, gave him some treats and put him at ease, was a nice experience for something that could have been stressful.

Omg amazing I seen Lilly for the first time and love you honestly I always loved the welcome from heath road as we been coming for years with the merge and bell green coming over it’s only improved the service you get. Lilly explains things so owners can understand you can see the care and the love Lilly has for the job the clients and the patients. Thankyou Also thank you to Lisa for having the stress off my insurances throughout the year. She is a legend too. Nothing is ever to much even though she always so busy she will always help.

Come on this is the best vets ever. So welcoming and caring nothing to much for them. I had a lump tested and rang for results to next day the results wasn’t back at that time but Lisa said she chase the lab and the vet rang me later that day asked for insurance claim to be put through and Lisa rang me back to say that had been completed for you this was less than five minutes off me asking. Thank you Lisa

I recently had my first visit and what a vets honestly from the first moment I walked through the door the welcome I received from Lisa and Sarah. They were so friendly and you could see they clearly care. And it was lovely to hear that they been a long time in the business and the way they treated use and each other was lovely we felt like family not just a customer. We chatted about the weather what brought me this way while I waited for the vet. You two smashing it thankyou Lisa and Sarah for making me feel so welcome

We followed from Bell Green and we are not disappointed. Iliy and the team are amazing. Rhey always do what's best for the animal. They make if fair and really are there for the animals. Put it this way, if the practise moved again we would follow. Outstanding service. Would not go anywhere else

Strongly recommend Medivet for Dogs and cats, dog had an abbess removed from his mouth he was treated with love and affection even followed up with a call to see how he was doing. Great with my cat as well

Most helpful vets I've come into contact with. Sarah was phenomenal over the phone, when worrying about the little ones. All staff are really helpful in person as well. If you have been ripped off by vets prior, then I would seriously consider joining. Great team and great support to my little ones, thank you for everything xxx
