I have always received a First Class Service at Medivet,
Simon is Brilliant with my cats and they are very relaxed with him…. It makes such a difference.

We had are 16 your old dog put to sleep . Simon and the staff were very kind and patient . Was a very upsetting day , but they were very considerate and understanding . Thank you so much Medivet earlsdon.

I think that your prices are too high but mostly I am agitated by the lack of clarity with costs… I do not like not having an itemised bill.
I was under the apprehension that vets now had to be transparent.
The cost to write a prescription is shocking £25….no wonder people have to give up their pets.
I wish that there were stricter guidelines on costs.Also, the cost of putting a dip stick in a urine sample is ridiculous… especially when it has been collected by the owner. I noticed that Amazon do 50 sticks and guide for £9.99… of course I do not know what has been charged but based on my card debit it will have been a silly amount.
