I took my dog in for his booster vaccination late due to a necessary operation and they were very understanding. In fact they were very supportive before , during and after his operation. I always find the staff friendly, helpful and concerned about Marley's wellbeing. The vets explain everything clearly and listen to any concerns, usually from a neurotic owner.

As long as the same vet and staff remain, I will never go anywhere else. So caring and understanding.
It's so important to me that I see the same vet and nurses, it makes a huge difference to me.....and more importantly my pet.

The staff are friendly and polite and the feel of the smaller brigg branch all makes for a more intimate and personal experience.

I have used Medivet, Brigg over a number of years. Since Doctor Lucasz came to the Brigg practice, I have been very impressed with his amazing ability to deal with my cats. He is like the Cat Whisperer! I am sure he is like this with all animals, but I am a cat owner/slave, so can only comment on the feline community. It is always a pleasure to visit Medivet, Brigg where the staff do care about the animals. Thank you very much. Just visited Medivet again last week on 13/03/2026, this time to see the Veterinary Nurse, who gave Belle, the tortie rescue cat, a worming pill and tick/flea treatment as well as some "personal" care. The Nurse was professional, friendly and clearly understood tortie cat behaviour. Belle enjoyed her appointment and I felt she was in safe hands - it was a stress-free experience and I thank the Veterinary Nurse for her excellent care.

Always fantastic staff from receptionist to nurses to vets.
Absolutely brilliant. My dogs are not always well behaved but never a problem for staff.

Vets in general have become expensive and maybe out the reach of some people.
