Staff, Lucasz vet, Gemma nurse and Lucy receptionist are always really helpful, good advice, caring and does the upmost for my animals. Would not go anywhere else. They are patient and very informative. They are not pushy and give various options so you do not feel forced into paying the dearest price. They will go the extra mile to help. This practice staff (Broughton) need to be given a pay rise and honoured for the customer care and animal care. Well done team.

We made an appointment for our dog renee, at short notice they fit us in, lukasz and Gemma were so caring, professional, and showed upmost attention to detail with our bichon, it was so busy and the staff were great at handling it. Saw Gemma who gave my dog a dental check. Gemma goes above and beyond her duty of care and supports the owners too. She’s a lovely lady, who always wears a smile. Shes become more like a friend
