Always brilliant service, they deal with my very aggressive cat really well, making the visit as less stressful as they possibly can.

My dog is elderly and has a number of health problems to do with her age. I always find the staff to be caring and efficient. Yong Su saw us on Friday and she discovered a worrying mass on my dog's stomach. She explained everything clearly and was sympathetic. She carried out a procedure to collect cells, which I know was tricky for her to do because of where the problem was located and it upset my dog, but she and the nurse, Jess, were lovely.

Vet bills far too expensive and not fair on those on low income. Dont feel people on low income get enough support regarding unexpected pet bills when we already feel unhappy when it comes to costs and how to get around these types of struggles.

We’ve been customers since this was an independent practice.
The service is still good, the staff are friendly and competent but the costs have gone up and it feels like throughput is the main focus since you became a ‘franchise’.
We may have to start looking round if that trend continues, whether there’s anywhere local that’s any better is another question.
