I rang to say I was having difficulty with giving flea, and worm treatment to my cat.. Lady said no worries .We arranged date and time to bring him in .Emma was fantastic so patient with Ziggy as he was curled up in corner of his carrier scared .,slowing gaining his trust before attempting to lift him out . Emma was also happy to answer any questions ,giving tips and ideas. Hopefully he won't be so scared next time . Many thanks Jane 😀 and ziggy 🐈

Just recently moved and my cat Marley has been very stressed out meaning he was unable to go toilet. Called the 24 hours surgery who promptly got me in within a hour in the day. Was seen by a lovely vet who provide advice and guidance on how to keep him less stressed and provide medication for him to help . Thank you for seeing Marley so quickly and efficiently .

The staff at Medivet Burton have always been lovely and understanding with me and my dogs. They are friendly, empathetic and kind. They love my dogs and my dogs love them. I struggle to understand things due to my health conditions. They take their time with me to make sure I understand what the dogs need, what is happening and what needs to be done. They alway go above and beyond and they also understand me, how I worry and my situation I would give them 5 stars as they are so kind and brilliant with the dogs and other clients pets.
