Sarah on reception always makes Coco the Rottweiler feel at ease as Coco can be nervous, also Ursula the vet was very patient and won Coco around.

What an amazing experience! I normally use Medivet at a different beach but this have been the greatest experience. I called and booked an appointment on the same day, the lady on reception sorry I didn’t catch her name! Was so approachable and was happy to help with any questions, she also help hold Freddie when he was being hard work haha!The vet was just amazing she really took her time to make sure I understood everything! Thankyou so much for all of your hard work and time x
