I’ve used this practice for my dogs since adopting them and, overall, have found the staff kind and helpful. They’ve supported us through various issues that come with adopting rescue dogs, are quick to answer the phone and appointments are always easy to book. There was recently some confusion over a previous bill, which turned out to have already been paid through my insurance but the payment had initially been missed by the practice. Once this was identified, they were very helpful in getting everything resolved and also refunded me a small amount where they had made an additional mistake. I appreciated how they handled this once the issue was brought to their attention. For routine care, I’ve generally been happy with the treatment my dogs have received. My only reservations are that it can take a while to be seen and consultations can sometimes feel focused on worst-case scenarios. I’ve occasionally felt pushed towards further investigations that, in hindsight, haven’t been necessary. Overall, I’m comfortable continuing to use the practice for routine care. The staff are lovely, responsive and clearly care about the animals they look after, although some past experiences have meant I’d probably seek a second opinion in a more serious or emergency situation.
