This was my first time at this Medivet location and I was pleasantly surprised at how much smoother the appointment went compared to those at the previous location. Not that past experiences have been poor, I simply felt our vet was so much more patient with my cat Milo and really let him settle into the space and relax before the appointment progressed further. Thank you!

Absolute 10/10 staff. I’ve just adopted a cat and was able to get an appointment for the same day with an issue I couldn’t fix myself. I showed up stressed and nervous, and was immediately put at ease by the lovely receptionist, and then even more so by the outstanding vet service I received. Everyone there was incredibly kind and understanding and I feel very lucky to have this as my local vet!

It was my first time ever going to the vet with my new cat Moira and I was incredibly nervous and stressed as she was having an issue that I couldn’t help with on my own. Everyone in the practice made me feel welcomed and completely at ease, from reception to the lovely vet, and completely calmed my fears. Absolutely standout staff in every way and I feel very grateful to have them in my local practice!

Prices are quite high and not accessible to everyone, that is a big barrier for people to have pets or more than one pet
