I have an issue placing repeat orders due to the telephone service, but the staff is super friendly and always sort it out. Decently priced for a vial of caninsulin - ordering online with a prescription would only be a few pounds cheaper.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Medivet over the years. A special thank you to Dr Niven at the Chorlton branch and Renee at the Gatley branch for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for our cat. They have always taken the time to explain things clearly, helped us navigate more complex paperwork when needed, and made what could have been stressful situations much easier to manage. It’s clear they truly care about the animals and their owners. We’re very grateful for all the support and would highly recommend Medivet to other pet owners

My pet was seen very quickly with care.
The only downside was how long I was hanging on the phone before reception answered.

Cleanimg standars dropped. The reception area has pet hair in the corners and there is a strong smell of ammonia on visits(possibly from pets urinating on the floor). Visible pet hair balls in the lower corners of the windows in the reception area.
