Very pleased with how Frank was dealt with following a check on a lump which had suddenly appeared on his snout. Which i happily paid for. However I was rather irritated to then receive an email asking me to get any lumps checked out for free 2 days later. Hence 4 stars instead of 5

My cat was sick and the cost of treatment was crazy .How people can afford this is I really don't know. All of my cats have found me and I've given them a home of the cold and dark streets. Unfortunately I'm not rich and the prices are extortionate. People can't all afford them. WELL DONE MEDIVET AT LEAST YOU CAN HAVE A LIFE OF LUXURY AND WEALTH. What about all the sick animals you are supposed to be there for surely you could make the prices more suitable to people's pocket.

Very friendly staff allround, helpful and devoted to their customers. I once had a bit of a disappointment with them, which promptly got sorted, as the Manager called me back and sorted it out for me. I really can’t complain!

Viv and the team have been excellent during what is a very stressful time for us and our 14 year old ginger cat. They have all been the epitome of kindness and care and Timothy appears to have been completely at ease during these difficult times. We cannot thank Viv and the team enough for all their help.
