I graduated from vet school in Bucharest, Romania, in 2015. I have over ten years of clinical experience, and plenty of animal welfare experience from working for the charity PDSA. I enjoy spending my free time with my family and two cats - Socksy and Zack.

Medivets Rostan Drive….. I would unreservedly recommend, all staff are friendly and Helpful, but David stands out as a old school highly experienced vet with a true ethos for not only our pets but what they mean to us🐶

One year ago, when my dog was having his vaccinations, I asked him to look at his teeth as his breath smelt bad. The vet looked at his teeth and informed me, we didn't need to do anything with his teeth for another two years. I was surprised as they looked bad to me and his brothers teeth looked no where near as bad. Fast forward a year and we are back for the yearly vaccinations. I ask the vet (a different one from last year, as you never see the same one twice), to look at the teeth again, and am told, they are rotton and all his top front teeth need removing including his big canines. I am not happy, they clearly needed something doing last year, when some of the teeth could have been saved!

Thurmastonmedivet we're absolutely brilliant compared with hinkerley medivet,we have a stressed dog that dont like the vets and at Thurmaston we're alot more understanding and dealt with her brilliantley

I was the only Customer, with my pet Cat Bean. The lady on Reception was on the phone/PC and took my appointment time and name; Bean at 1:45pm. She confirmed and told me to sit down in the waiting area.
I sat for nearly 20 minutes and two patients who came in long after me went straight through.
It was only due to the Diligence of Vet Andreea Carp who noticed I was sat with a Cat Carrier and there was no cat checked in, that I got seen to. After Ms. Carp's first patient she came and grabbed me and explained that I had NOT been signed in. She apologised profusely.
When I came to pay the lady who booked me in was gone, so perhaps a non-receptionist/booking staff but, it's a good job Ms. Carp is switched on, and has her head on a swivel or I would still be sat there.

Exceptional care at Medivet Hinckley Roston Drive. Dr. Monica is outstanding — kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. She treats pets with genuine compassion and explains everything clearly. I always feel my dog is in the best hands. Highly recommend!

Fantastic team, efficient caring service when you need it most. My dog had a thorn in his ear causing him distress, vet Monica was so kind to him and in under an hour had him assessed, sedated, thorn removed and ready to come back home. Nicola and Kristina were also lovely. 10/10 service, even on a busy Saturday evening! We’ve been bringing our dog here for years and would absolutely recommend.
