My black 14 year old Labrador Mysty was seriously ill twice in 2023/24. She loved how she was treated and made better. The two vets who treated her were superb, caring and professional. We thought we were going to lose her but their expertise and care pulled her through a very difficult time.

Professional and kind vets. I would highly recommend these as first choice of vets. I bring my Maine Coons here for their regular check ups and my girl was spayed here with no problems. Also the vet plan is value for money and I also recommend this too.

The vets here have always been wonderful with our two timid cats, however the bad attitude and rudeness i've just received from their receptionist Alexis has forced me to transfer to another practice. Why do a job that you quite evidently dislike i'll never understand, but I will not be spoken to and treated in such a disrespectful way. Whoever manages this practice needs to seriously consider the quality of their reception staff as I will never bring my pets here again!

I came to Medivet after a poor experience with the vet I had my 3 pets registered with for over 5 years. I was very pleased at how easy it was to register, how clear and helpful the receptionist was. She helped me figure out estimated costs, booked me in for a same day appointment only 1h after I called. The vet saw us promptly, looked after our girl and within 20 minutes, we were outside getting back in the car. smooth, seamless, easy. Thank you very much

I am currently in the process of a complaint after misdiagnosis and treatment of my per which resulted in her being given medication not suitable for her age without being told so aswell as then having to take her to a different veterinary practice who took one look at her and were able to treat her straight away, further increasing my bill for what should have been a simple case. I would not recommend this practice to anyone as this is not the first time I have had an issue with this place as we had previous issues with family pets before i bought my puppy, we only used this practice due to them being the only one taking on new pets otherwise we would have used a different practice in the first place.
*Based on average saving for dogs and cats on the Medivet Healthcare Plan over a 12 month period at this practice. This saving excludes the additional savings benefits that are available to these pets on plan (e.g. 15% off dental procedures & 10% off vet care and medication and some food). Prices correct February 2024.
