A customer had a dog that was growling at everyone else's well-behaved pets. The customer did nothing to deter the behaviour and, when another dog entered it reacted by barking like crazy as loud as possible. I understand dogs bark and growl but, my little girl was petrified even over in the cat area. Nobody said anything or asked them to wait away from the well-behaved pets. The building is quite large, which only caused the barking and growling to reverberate more.
If a pet owner has no control over their animal they should be asked to wait outside until such times as they take ownership of an animal more seriously. I suppose it's the pet equivalent of kids running around a Doctors waiting room, or Restaurant. The cacophony of noise wasn't pleasant for my cat, or me for that matter.
The vet was super. Really kind, pleasant chap who was happy to talk and not ultra focused on my cats weight (she's a few pounds over what she should be but, consistent). I moved to Roston Drive Medivet as Leicester Road Medivet had begun to feel like a ghost town. Roston Drive was a nice improvement.
