I think you should keep hamster/rat/small animal equipment available, such as the small scares, potentially bite proof gloves, a glass box to look at tummies with etc so it's easier to treat small animals
Our lovely vet made it work but he had to go find things that meant more time in a stressful environment for my little hamster.
Otherwise I was very happy with the staff and how helpful and friendly they all are

The lady on reception is always helpful and very friendly. The Vet Alan was superb. I would say he is the most knowledgeable and helpful Vet I have ever met. Cannot thank both staff enough.

We visited here as we had an emergency with our puppy and the receptionists, vets and staff were amazing. They were very supportive in a difficult situation and our puppy got the help and medication he needed

Great vets, I normally get a Scottish bloke, he's a really nice guy, the rest of the staff are also all awesome, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm updating this review due to a recent experience. Our previous experience was also a 5 star one, and the same is to be said this time, but it just certainly warrants more detail. Our cat became very unwell over a 24h period. We called to see if we could get a vet to take a look at her, and we were seen within 45 minutes. Sadly, our cat was very unwell and we had to make the sad decision to have her euthanised. The whole team were amazing. I've lost pets before, but this is the first time in my adult life that I've lost one and had to be there for the whole process. Everyone was very helpful, thoughtful, considerate and everything was explained properly. When the time came, I was given as much time as was needed both before, and after our cat had passed. I was told I didn't need to worry about payment, or anything else, and I could just leave whenever I was ready. I could then come back to them in a few days to settle everything up. Thank you to you all for helping during such a difficult time.

The whole experience made me feel that my dog was in safe hands. The staff explained in detail all stages of the procedure, and I was kept up to date with his progress throughout the day. The aftercare appointment was made on the day, and my dog has shown no negative side effects after his surgery
