Lovely vet, who deals with our nervous westie brilliantly, Andrea is so patient and caring, will try to book with her every time we need to go, and phoned us in a timely manner with blood results. Thank you.

Had to pay for an appointment for it to be a cover vet who just said it is likely sinister but couldn’t give me any info on follow up care, prices etc so what was point of coming back and paying out £41? To be given zero info!
Told would receive email in few days outlining costs and care plan and nothing for a week. Called in to find out where the email was to be told id have to wait few days more. No apologies for it being forgotten to be done. Just, you’ll have to wait on the vet. Advised my cat is uncomfortable with this tumour in his mouth and likely needs pain meds as well as wanting to make a decision about surgery and getting him better and had to wait a week already so advised the vet will call. Still no email nor any call. I’m guessing because you can’t make any money off emails or calls, although I had paid for appt to get this advice but it was cover vet, I’m guessing it’s being left so I have no choice but to go in and pay for another appointment to finally get this info.
Seems pet is just a cash cow and no care regarding my pet and his needs
I’ve gone elsewhere, where I have got all info and they will continue his care and surgery from now on.
So no, I won’t recommend you to anyone and advised my friend who uses you on how money orientated you are over the actual pets care and wellbeing

There are always complications when collecting repeat prescriptions. I phone to get prescription ready as it’s due. I am told I will receive a text when it’s ready. I never get one. I have to wait until I get a free moment at work to ring you to see if it’s ready. Usually it’s not. Eventually I get the prescription but long after the due date. This has happened repeatedly for over a year. The knock on effect is that the prescriptions eventually fall months behind.

My cat had a clump of matted hair the vet was very good with her and sorted her next fleas-worms medication.

Fantastic vet, will always use them. They took our chickens a few times and even though they are “specialty pets” they have been well looked after!
