Meet our Partner, Nik Kwint
I've been with Medivet since 2006 and at Hockley specifically since 2008. I qualified in 2002 at Onderstepoort University South Africa. I have a certificate in Small Animal Surgery and am completing certificates in Advanced Orthopaedics and Endoscopy and Endosurgery. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, fishing and wild swimming. At home I have two dogs, Rupert and Scoli and four cats, Tiny Cat, Jasper, Dorian Grey, James P Sullivan.

Hannah was really good at checking over my dog, who wasn’t being very helpful, Hannah was so patient and kind that my dog soon settled so she could be examined, I felt my concerns were listened to and I left feeling satisfied my dog was ok.

Would never take my pet here again, took her here for making noises when breathing a month ago and lost her yesterday to it, if it had have been recognised what was wrong rather than been ignored she would have still been here today, just typical chain company pumping money and profits and no care taken into the pets they done bat an eyelid at charging over 1k for tests its just a job to them

Efficient, effective and professional service. Explained so I understood treatment and discussed my boys options. Sadly it was time to say goodbye and the whole process was done with care, consideration and heartfelt sympathy. I felt listened to and part of the decision making. Special thanks to Emma and Nick along with Patricia at Southend branch.

The team are always accommodating with appointments, welcoming, understanding and professional. Treatments are explained well and I believe they really care about my cat, they are reassuring when I over worry!
