Lovely friendly staff, Alex the vet explained everything fully and was very helpful and friendly. Building looks run down on the inside , not sure if they are renovating? Not in the waiting area but at the back , doors and corridors. Would be better if there was more space, I.e like a separate waiting area for dogs v cats as pets already anxious and cats getting scared of the dogs only a couple of feet away. .

Dog had ear infection £49 for consult Medication out of stock then informed 2 days later medication was available but my dog would need to be seen again to be able to have the medication...... not good enough went else where 😑😑

Absolutely love this practice the vets and staff treat my dog as I would with care the staff are amazing kind and respectful and very friendly i wouldn't take my dog anywhere else

The receptionists didn’t acknowledge our delayed wait. Appointment was 30-45 minutes late. The vet eventually came out and said they were waiting for a room. Vet was lovely and caring. My partner took our cat in because I’m allergic to dogs so would be difficult for future visits if I need to come myself. But overall positive experience.
