Staff here helped us track down the owners of a cat who had been staying at my house over serval months. This lead to said cats owners asking if we wanted to adopt her, which we did. Registered her here after experiencing friendly customer service from the team. Had her first check up appointment last week and couldn't be happier with the warm welcome and quality of care and advice we've been given. Top team!

Parking is an issue, there are just three spots to park, it’s says client parking but the last twice I have been it seems they are staff cars as when I went in there wasn’t any other clients inside vets only staff. Previously it used to be the vets car on the car park so left two spots for clients.

The premises are consistently clean and well maintained. The nursing and reception staff are always helpful, friendly, and supportive.
However, it appears that there is only one veterinarian at the practice, and unfortunately, this has become the primary concern affecting our decision to remain with the company. The veterinarian often seems uncertain in her approach. After providing detailed explanations, she frequently repeats the same questions, which does not inspire confidence.
While I believe she is knowledgeable in her field, there have been instances where incorrect information was recorded in our pet’s medical notes following an in-depth discussion. This error involved medication and dosage, and although it was fortunately identified by the receptionist, such mistakes are concerning.
We currently attend the practice every four weeks for routine injections; however, if our dog were to become seriously unwell and required urgent care from this veterinarian, I would not feel confident entrusting her with the treatment.
