Been a really good vets from day 1, not just about money, really do care, staff always pleasant. Previously at vets4pets but so expensive, feel we get a very good service at Medivet and would not want to change.

Both vets who I saw with my frenchie were really nice and friendly even the reception staff were nice it’s nice to see somewhere that really cares for animals I’ve had bad experiences with vets in the past with my boxer so felt abit anxious taking my frenchie there but they made me feel at ease. Thankyou to all the staff I appreciate it.

Like with most appointments in any service appointment times can go over quite lengthy, so depending on your pets personality this could cause you and your pet anxiety, but I discussed it with a receptionist and worked it out, very understanding and helpful, and I am grateful to have a vets close by.

Our dog gets very anxious when going to the vet due to previous trsuma. The vet we saw ?Rosie was very calm & reassuring. She made friends with our dog before examining her which put us all at ease. After a very thorough examination & discussion about treatment options, we were able to make an informed choice for the best way forward. Very happy customer (and dog!).

There's no vet available on a Tuesday, so it means it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment some weeks especially if Rosie is operating Wednesday and Thursday mornings. It would help with appointment availability if there could be a locum for a Tuesday.

Amazing vets, lovely staff. Very helpful and welcoming. Never a long wait and the online booking system is very user friendly. Highly recommend!
